Registration Details

Registration Deadline: Registration must be postmarked on or before the above dates. Pre-registration ends Dec. 31st, 2009. If you do not register before Dec. 31st you must register at the door. Walk-ups welcome!

Group Rates: Group rate will be based on your group size at time of initial registration. Additional add on registrations will be charged the current rate at point of registration. Everyone in group must be a part of the same church/organization.

Cancellation Policy

  • Sorry, no refunds can be given for no-shows or cancellations
  • If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will receive a refund of 50% of your admission fee
  • You may send a friend in place of any other registered person on your team
